The Center is on the second floor above the Skyhawk Village Market, elevator and stairs are to the left of the market entrance.  The address is Skyhawk Village Plaza, 5755 Mountain Hawk Way Suite 202, Santa Rosa, CA  95409, next to Edward Jones.

Coming from Hwy 101: take the Hwy 12 exit east towards Sonoma.  Highway 12 will turn into a ground street highway at Farmer's Lane.  Just follow the signs to Sonoma.  Shortly after the posted speed limit goes back up to 55 mph, the stoplighted intersection for Mountain Hawk to the left, and Queen Anne to the right will appear.  Take a left onto Mountain Hawk Way, the Plaza is left on the corner there with Hwy 12.  Please note that Google and Yahoo maps tend to show the wrong place.

Coming from Calistoga Road: take a left when Calistoga Road runs into Highway 12, towards Sonoma.  The next stoplight is Mountain Hawk Way, take a left onto Mountain Hawk Way and then the first left into Skyhawk Village Plaza.

Coming from Napa/Sonoma: travel west toward Santa Rosa/Sebastopol on Highway 12.  You will pass Oakmont Village and Valley of the Moon Plaza, and after the highway increases to 4 lanes, you will come to a stoplighted intersection with Mountain Hawk to the right, Queen Anne to the left.  Take a right onto Mountain Hawk Way, then the first left into Skyhawk Village Plaza
