A Refuge for the Soul

The Buddha Maitreya Soul Therapy Centre has a wide variety of The Buddha Maitreya Shambhala Healing Meditation Tools for you to experience, including four Large Forms, two Earth Weavers and a Buddha Maitreya Shambhala Crystal Solar Ascension Meditation Pyramid. There is also a pair of the new and very beautiful, silver plated Vajras. You may wish simply to come and see what the centre has to offer.

The Soul Therapy room has several sacred Tibetan thankas and other traditional Tibetan items displayed within.

Do come along and be inspired and uplifted by the many blessings of His Holiness Buddha Maitreya, blessings which are transmitted by His sacred geometric tools and music.

Group Meditation

Held every Tuesday evening.  Please arrive at about 7-00pm for a 7-15pm start.                                
Meditate to the music of His Holiness Buddha Maitreya for approximately 1 hour; no previous experience is necessary.  There is a £5-00 minimum offering.   
The group wears white, and newcomers are respectfully asked to at least wear pale colours. We look forward to welcoming you.

Special Event Meditations

These are held monthly on a Saturday, arriving at 3-15pm for 3-30pm start.
