In July 2010, Dr Raj Pradhanang established a regional branch of His Holiness Buddha Maitreya Treatment & Healing Center in a small rural village in Nepal called Chaimale. Situated 22 kilometers from the capital, Kathmandu, at the foot of the southermost point of the Kathmandu valley, the village is located in a region called Ramche Bhanjiyang. There are no medical facilities in the area and the village is a focal point for several other surrounding villages.

"I feel it will be better if we could establish one centre far away from kathmandu for the village people so that that they also have opportunity to receive His Holiness' blessing to get new way of life... so that  poor and needy people of that area get blessed to lead life as good Human being and also get informed the works of His Holiness that he has done great noble work for the benefit of all Human kind." Dr Raj Pradhanang

The Cllinic of Ramchhe in the Chaimale village developing community opened on the occasion of His Holiness Buddha Maitreya's birthday. All villagers were said to be delighted and happy to have the medical facility in the area. The center will initially provide medical services once every 2 weeks and will give the local people the opportunity to receive His Holiness Buddha Maitreya's blessing through the use of the Buddha Maitreya Shambhala Healing Tools and receiving Soul Therapy.
